Pablo Brazil (São Paulo, 1994) is a visual artist graduated from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2020. In his production, he investigates the melancholy related to his queer experience in the world. Incorporating elements of Western art and architecture, and symbols from Christian imagery, his paintings sit in an ambiguous space between the earthly and the ethereal. Pablo proposes an atmosphere of impermanence and fragility of human constructions, imagining colors and bodies that fade into a deep apathy.
